The representative office of the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Russian Federation considered a collective appeal of 16 Kyrgyz citizens on the fact of non-payment of wages by the company SPS—K LLC.

Employees of the representative office took the necessary measures to restore the violated labour rights. As a result of negotiations and co-operation with the employer, SPS-K LLC, it was possible to achieve full repayment of the wage arrears.

The amount of 2 million 293 thousand roubles was paid in favour of the citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, which fully corresponds to the claimed debt.

The Representative Office continues its systematic work to protect the labour rights of compatriots in Russia and encourages citizens to contact it in case of similar situations.
