Privatised school and adjacent land plot returned to municipal ownership

The prosecutor's office of Manas district of Talas region conducted an inspection of the fulfilment of the requirements of land legislation, which revealed the facts of illegal transfer of the building of a secondary school with a land plot with a total area of 0.60 hectares into the ownership of a citizen (K.K.Ch.).

Based on the results of the inspection, the building of the general education school with a land plot worth KGS 6,904,900 was transferred to municipal ownership on the basis of an act of prosecutor's response by the district prosecutor's office.
