The medical institution provides specialised care for children aged from 6 months to 10 years, including diagnosis and therapy for autism, delays in speech and language development, motor and sensory alalia, perinatal lesions of the central nervous system, Down's syndrome and other disorders that impede learning.
The clinic is part of the federal network ‘Reaccentre’, whose specialists were trained and interned at the head office in Samara (Russia). Two centres of this network operate in Kyrgyzstan - in Bishkek and Osh. The latter centre treats adult patients in addition to children.
The RCFD funding allocated in 2024 is aimed at modernising the clinic's infrastructure and purchasing equipment for echoencephalography. The funds were used to renovate and equip a new building that will expand the centre's capacity. Already now, Reacentre Bishkek receives up to 100 children a day.
Microcurrent reflexotherapy (MTRT) is used as the main method of therapy. A patient usually needs to undergo 2-3 courses to achieve a sustainable result.
«The Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund is always ready to support projects of high social significance and aimed at improving the quality of life of Kyrgyz citizens, especially when it comes to the health and future of children. ‘Reatsentr Bishkek is a vivid example of how targeted investments can help develop vital infrastructure and expand access to unique medical services. We are pleased to contribute to the development of this important cause», — the RCFF noted.
The Foundation plans to continue supporting projects aimed at sustainable social and economic development of Kyrgyzstan.
