В Кыргызстане теперь есть компания, которая соответствует требованиям Лондонской биржи

Microfinance company IFC InvesCore SA celebrated the listing of its parent company, InvesCore Financial Group, on the London Stock Exchange (LSE).

InvesCore Financial Group is an international financial group founded in Mongolia in 2016. The company provides microfinance services using modern digital solutions. The group entered the Kyrgyz market in 2020 and received a licence from the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2021.

‘Despite the fact that we opened in Kyrgyzstan not so long ago, during this time the company has shown stable growth,’ emphasised Oyuunchimeg, the company's international representative. - Listing on the London Stock Exchange is not just an achievement, but a confirmation that the company meets the high requirements of the international financial community.

Today InvesCore Financial Group is represented in Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, Japan and Kazakhstan. The entry to the LSE was an important milestone for the whole group, including the Kyrgyz division, which has demonstrated sustainable development dynamics.

‘The process of entering the London Stock Exchange is a total check. We were checked not just for compliance with formal requirements - external auditors from London sat in the office and studied everything thoroughly. Now we have a completely transparent structure, and this immediately affected the trust of partners and creditors. We used to knock on the doors of international donors ourselves, now they come to us themselves. For us, this is not just an achievement - it is a transition to a qualitatively new level,’ said Azatbek uulu Kunbolot, Chairman of the Board of IFC InvesCor SA.

Kyrgyz IFC Invescor SA is represented in the consumer lending market, including financing the development of small and medium-sized businesses. Since November 2023, the company has been included in the category ‘B’ listing of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. During this time, two bond issues worth KGS 175 million have been successfully placed, which are in high demand among investors.

‘We are pleased to congratulate InvesCor SA on this significant event, which is of historical importance for the entire group,’ said Aida Chodulova, Acting President of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. - The listing of the parent company on the London Stock Exchange proves the compliance of its activities with the strict requirements of this international platform. I am sure that this will give a new impetus to the development of the group and increase confidence in the Kyrgyz division both from investors and partners.

According to Meerim Askarbekova, head of brokerage company SENTI, the victory of InvesCor SA is a powerful signal for Kyrgyz companies.

‘There are also companies in our market that can potentially enter the London Stock Exchange. And for them this event will certainly be a signal: if the Mongolian company was able to do it, then we can do it too. We have similar markets, small economies - everything is possible. The Mongolians are good, they have built a transparent financial infrastructure in the shortest possible time. And we should strive to do the same,’ says Meerim Askarbekova.
