03/19/2025, 15:15To raise the legal awareness of entrepreneurs, employers and citizens of the country, a caravan of business education will be launched from 25 March to 16 April, aimed at explaining innovations in tax legislation and the Labour Code, state and local policies, as well as supporting tourism in the regions and providing useful information for businesses.
The main goal of the event is to provide businesses and citizens with up-to-date information on the new requirements of tax and labour legislation, as well as to explain their practical application. During the event, participants will be able to familiarise themselves with changes in the laws, receive information materials, and consult with leading experts.
Each seminar will include panel discussions, interactive sessions and an opportunity to ask questions to representatives of state authorities.
Key topics of the event include changes in tax legislation - new rates, benefits, declarations, reporting, liability for violations, innovations in the Labour Code - employment contracts, protection of employees' rights, regulation of working hours and working conditions. They will also talk about control and monitoring by the prosecutor's office, protection of business rights, resolution of disputes between employers and employees. It will be possible to find out what state support measures are available for entrepreneurs and investors, local government policies to improve the business environment, new opportunities in the tourism sector and measures to develop tourism in the regions, as well as discussion with experts and answers to topical questions.
The organisers expect that this information caravan will improve the legal literacy of entrepreneurs and minimise the risks of non-compliance with new legislative requirements. It is also expected that the dialogue between business and government agencies will become more productive, and the level of trust between the private sector and government agencies will be strengthened.

The campaign is organised by the JIA Business Association and the Secretariat of the Investment Council under the Cabinet of Ministers, with the support of the Plenipotentiary Representatives of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the oblasts, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce, the Prosecutor General's Office, the Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration, the State Tax Service, the Centre for Public-Private Partnership, the Department of Tourism and others.
