Kyrgyzstan identifies illegal storage and sale points for fuel and lubricants

Fire inspectors for the Chui and Talas regions, together with employees of the emergency department of the Zhayil, Moskovsky and Panfilovsky districts, are conducting joint raids in places of spontaneous trade in fuel and lubricants based on the "Plan for conducting joint inspections of illegal storage and sale sites and high-fire hazard facilities".

The raids took place in the city of Kara-Balta, as well as in the villages of Belovodskoye, Aleksandrovka and Chaldovar. A total of nine points of illegal sale of fuel and lubricants were identified, covering 20 people.

During the inspection, explanatory work was carried out with fuel and lubricant sellers about illegal spontaneous trade in crowded places, on the roadsides, about places of their storage in residential buildings, in cars and in plastic containers.

It should be noted that violations of fire safety rules create a direct threat; they can lead to fires, major material damage and a threat to human life.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations reminds that fuels and lubricants must be sold in specialized places at gas stations.
