    A raid on illegal sale of petrol took place in the capital city

    Raids on suppression of illegal sale of fuels and lubricants continue in Bishkek.
    Four raids were conducted along Profsoyuznaya Street, from Fuchika Street to Lumumba Street, with the participation of officers of the State Tax Service, police patrol service and Pervomaisky district administration.

    The City Inspectorate drew up 18 protocols in accordance with the Code of Offences of the Kyrgyz Republic, the amount of which was 54 thousand KGS. The Department of State Tax Service seized 1 thousand 500 litres of fuel.

    In addition, raids are conducted in other districts of the capital. In Leninsky district 42 protocols were drawn up for persons selling petrol in bottles and a fine of 126 thousand KGS was imposed, in Pervomaysky district 70 protocols were drawn up and a fine of 210 thousand KGS was imposed, in Sverdlovsky district 34 protocols were drawn up and a fine of 102 thousand KGS was imposed, in Oktyabrsky district 12 protocols were drawn up and a fine of 36 thousand KGS was imposed.

    This offence is punishable by a fine of KGS 3 thousand.
