The mayor of the city, Aibek Dzhunushaliev, visited a number of social facilities and gave instructions to the heads of specialized services.

During the inspection, the head of the capital gave instructions to the head of the MP Bishkekvodokanal to ensure measures to raise the statistical level of underground groundwater, use a scientific approach, conduct an analysis of water consumption and introduce innovative technologies in water supply systems, as well as conduct information campaigns on the economical use of water, the head of the MP Bishkekteploenergo to conduct an ongoing study of the«smart» boiler using coal «Kara-Keche» and measurements of harmful emissions into the atmosphere, calculate the energy efficiency of the boiler.

The head of the Capital Construction Department was also instructed to carry out repair work in the Zhany-Uya kindergarten in the village of Dzhal, creating comfortable conditions for children, and the director of the Municipal Enterprise Bishkek Avtobeketi was instructed to create conditions for passengers to safely and comfortably wait for buses, purchase tickets, and have buses depart on time at the western (temporary) and new eastern bus stations.

In addition, the mayor ordered the dismantling of buildings that impede the implementation of the northern bypass road reconstruction project, the demolition of a number of pavilions at the Oberon-Fort market that impede public transport, and an examination and inventory of each residential building and structure located along the northern bypass road, together with the owners of houses living in them for 15 years and older, and to make proposals for solving their housing issues.
