As part of the preparation of electrical equipment for the autumn-winter period 2025-2026. Vostochny RPS of Bishkek PES - a branch of JSC NESK is carrying out repairs of electrical equipment.

Thus, according to the plan of repair works, power engineers will carry out overhaul of 111 transformers and more than 78 kilometres of overhead power lines.

For 2025 it is planned to replace more than 3.8 kilometres of old 0.4 kV aluminium wires with self-supporting insulated CIP-2 wires and 7.8 kilometres of 6 kV overhead power lines with CIP-3 wires. Power engineers will also reconstruct more than 5 kilometres of cable lines.
In addition, 21 transformers will be replaced with transformers with higher capacity and 1 additional transformer will be installed.

Five cabinets of GKTP (complete transformer substations of urban type) will also be replaced.
In 2025, specialists will carry out current repairs of 635 transformers and 548.3 kilometres of overhead power lines.
