Gross domestic product in January 2025, according to preliminary estimates, amounted to 96.8 billion soms and increased by 10.6% compared to January 2024. These data are provided by the National Statistical Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The volume of industrial output in January 2025 amounted to 46.6 billion soms and increased by 10.7% compared to January 2024 due to an increase in the production of refined petroleum products (2.4 times), food products (including beverages) and tobacco products (1.6 times), chemical (1.5 times) and pharmaceutical products (by 33.7%), rubber, plastic products and building materials (by 20%), in textile production, clothing production (by 4.2%), as well as mining (by 2.5%).

Positive trends were observed in construction, where the increase in volumes amounted to 19.6%, wholesale and retail trade - 20.7%, and also in agriculture - 1.8%.
