Yandex has developed a service ‘Fleet Management’ for companies that often use their corporate transport. According to the Yandex Go press service, the new solution will allow businesses to optimise internal processes of ordering cars for business trips, reduce the cars' idle mileage and thus reduce the cost of each trip.

To use the service, you need to enter information about cars and drivers into your company's account, and a list of employees with access to the fleet. To order the car employees select the ‘Own Park’ section in the Yandex Go app with zero trip cost, where they can specify the time of delivery and car class. Yandex Taxi's algorithms search for the nearest available car or the one that will soon complete the journey nearby and then offer the most optimal route based on the traffic situation.

The service provides reports on the fleet's work - the number of trips and travel time, actual kilometres driven, idle time and idle mileage. You can add or remove corporate cars to the service, adjust the list of employees with access to the car fleet and change trip limits online in your cabinet.
