The Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers Akylbek Zhaparov made a historic signing of the first normative legal act (NLA) in electronic format by introducing an electronic document management system.

This is a significant achievement in ensuring faster and more convenient preparation and approval of NLAs, which was previously conducted exclusively on paper. Electronic document management promises to speed up the entire decision-making process and increase the efficiency of the work of government agencies.

This event becomes the final step in the transition to digital document flow for all stages of development and adoption of NAPs, minimizing paperwork and improving interagency interaction. Earlier, a general transition of government agencies to electronic document management was initiated, which significantly optimized work processes.

The signing of the first NAP in electronic form symbolizes the completion of this stage of digital transformation of state documents.
