State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic initiated the second phase of its tax declaration campaign for the fiscal year 2024, which will continue until May 1 of the current year. 

The following taxpayers are required to submit their tax declarations by this deadline: individual entrepreneurs; individuals operating under a patent or in designated trading zones; citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic employed by international organizations, diplomatic or consular missions of foreign states located within Kyrgyzstan; and individuals receiving taxable income from entities not obliged to withhold income tax. It should be noted that the first phase of the tax declaration campaign concluded on April 1. During this phase, declarations were required from domestic organizations (excluding those funded by the budget and without property tax obligations for the reporting period); foreign organizations conducting activities within Kyrgyzstan with a permanent establishment; and state and municipal employees.
