The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan published the official exchange rates for 9 January 2025. According to the updated data, the ruble and the dollar strengthened against KGS.

The U.S. dollar exchange rate slightly strengthened to 87 KGS per dollar. In contrast, the euro sagged by 0.95% to 89.7666 KGS. 

The Russian ruble strengthened by 0.8% to KGS 0.7935. The Kazakh tenge weakened by 0.4% to KGS 0.1650, as well as the Chinese yuan, which fell by 0.43% to KGS 11.8664.
