Within the framework of the National Development Program of the Kyrgyz Republic until 2026 and the approved National Export Program “Made in Kyrgyzstan”, the country's Cabinet of Ministers initiated large-scale measures to support enterprises.

The adopted resolution obliges key agencies, including the Guarantee Fund OJSC, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service and other organizations, to actively work on improving the efficiency of domestic producers.

Within the framework of the defined action plan, the Guarantee Fund, together with FinNadzor, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the business community, will organize events aimed at introducing corporate governance standards at domestic enterprises.

In addition, the Guarantee Fund will provide priority guarantees for export-oriented companies. Despite the fact that support for such events has previously been given special attention, this work will be strengthened in the future.

There are also plans to introduce guarantees for factoring operations aimed at supporting export-oriented businesses.
