04/16/2025, 15:31Employees of the State Tax Service of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted an inspection, as a result of which products without excise stamps were found.
As part of the raid tax control in one of the warehouses in the village of Joosh, Kara-Suu district, Osh region, unmarked and expired soft energy drinks of 0.5 litres in the amount of 28 thousand 8 pieces with a total value of 1 million 340.82 KGS were detected.
In this regard, an act was drawn up, which will be sent to law enforcement agencies for further legal assessment in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The State Tax Service reminds that the sale of products without excise stamps and goods with expired shelf life violates the legislation and entails legal consequences.
