Among the lots are 17 agricultural plots in the village of Kara-Zhygach, Alameda District, with a total area of about 30 hectares. The plots are put up for auction as a single package and may be of interest to agribusinesses or investors.
In Osh, 14 non-residential premises in the Amanat Residence residential complex under construction on Ibraimova Street, as well as a flat of 38 square metres on Mamatsakov Street are being sold. Previously, the premises in Amanat Residence belonged to the former deputy head of the Customs Service Raiymbek Matraimov, and it is not the first time that the SAUGI sells off objects related to him.
The capital put up for sale unfinished flats on Azhybek Baatyr Street, as well as non-residential premises of 143.9 square metres with a plot on Gogol Street. Residential properties are sold with a share in the common property - this may be of interest to private individuals planning to complete the construction and reside or rent out.
The SAUGI emphasises that selling properties through open tenders helps to bring idle properties into the economy and replenish the budget. It is also part of a broader policy to return illegally acquired property to state ownership.
