State budget received 19.5 billion KGS more from non-tax revenues

In 2024, non-tax revenues of the state budget of Kyrgyzstan totalled KGS 100 billion 766.1 million, which is 108.5% more than the planned volume of KGS 47.6 billion.

This excess of KGS 19.5 billion was possible due to the identification of additional sources of revenues, which provided a 124% increase compared to the previous year.

The main sources of additional revenues were interest income from budget loans and credits, which amounted to almost KGS 5 billion, as well as dividends from state shares, which reached KGS 21.46 billion. Significant funds came from ‘Kumtor Operating Company’ and banks ‘Aiyl’ and ‘Eldik’. Also, the profit of the National Bank increased by 135.6% to KGS 12.43 billion.

Other sources also showed notable growth: fees for permits for tinting windows and car registration totalled KGS 650.1 million, while revenues from local infrastructure increased to KGS 2 billion 338 million.
