03/10/2025, 17:26The President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Zhaparov, has signed a decree on additional measures to improve the efficiency and de-bureaucratisation of the civil service system. The decree is aimed at improving the quality of public services and creating a more efficient management system oriented to the needs of society.
As part of the decree, the Minister of Justice of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ayaz Baetov, was appointed Director of the Institute of National Strategic Initiatives under the President of the country on a part-time basis. He was also given the status of Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic until 1 October 2025 with the responsibility for coordination and cooperation of the authorities in matters of reforming the civil service.
