‘Kaindy-Kant will pay 37.9 million KGS in dividends

Open Joint Stock Company ‘Kaindy-Kant’ announced the payment of dividends on its securities. According to the decision made on 31 March 2025, the amount of dividend per share will be KGS 16.2273.

Payment will be made on 3 April 2025 in monetary form - in cash through the cash desk of the company (Kainda, Mira Street, 1) or by transfer to the settlement account of the shareholder.

Shareholders registered in the register as of 10 March 2025 are entitled to receive dividends.

The company has a total of 2,339,880 shares in circulation, and the total amount of payments will be KGS 37.9 million.
