Eldik Bank's capitalisation to grow to KGS 14.8 billion

Eldik Bank OJSC plans to increase its authorised capital. This is reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

According to the decisions made at the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, which was held on 15 April, the charter capital will be increased by KGS 2 billion 626 million 591 thousand 500 through an additional issue of shares.

As of the end of March 2025, the bank's authorised capital amounted to KGS 12 billion 201 million 484 thousand. Thus, after the increase it will amount to 14 billion 828 million 75. 5 thousand KGS.
