Kyrgyzstan has bought a trade pavilion in an International Trade Centre

Kyrgyzstan has purchased a trade pavilion in the International Trade Centre (ITC) ‘Termez’ in Uzbekistan. Almaz Temirbekov, a representative of the Trade Representation of the Kyrgyz Republic in Uzbekistan, informed that.

This event is of strategic importance for Kyrgyzstan. ITC Termez, located at the crossroads of key trade routes of Central Asia, provides significant flows of goods between Uzbekistan and Afghanistan.

The purchase of the pavilion will provide Kyrgyzstan with opportunities to strengthen its position in the markets of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan, as well as to expand exports of Kyrgyz products.

‘The purchase of the pavilion is just the first step that opens new prospects for Kyrgyz business and makes our country a more prominent player in the regional economy!’ - Almaz Temirbekov, Trade Representative, underlined.

The pavilion purchase opens new prospects for Kyrgyzstan: increased exports of agricultural and industrial products to new markets; and the possibility of direct interaction with business partners in Afghanistan and neighbouring countries, which will lead to new jobs creation and increase the competitiveness of Kyrgyz enterprises; increased access for Kyrgyz entrepreneurs to the huge economic potential of the Central Asian region.
