According to the results of eleven months of 2024 “Kumtor” transferred 11 billion 460 million 779 thousand KGS to the state budget. Such data is given by the Ministry of Finance of the Republic.

Most of this amount is the tax on gross income of “Kumtor”. It amounted to 9 billion 932 million 113.9 thousand KGS. Also, in the form of annual payment for the development of mineral resource base of Kyrgyzstan “Kumtor” paid to the state 1 billion 528 million 665.9 thousand KGS.

For the same period of 2023, Kumtor paid 11 billion 338 million 600.6 thousand KGS to the state budget.  Of these, 9.7 billion - tax on gross product, another 1.6 billion KGS for the development of mineral resource base.

Thus, compared to 2023, Kumtor paid more tax on gross income by 225.8 million KGS, but 103.6 million KGS less on mineral resource base. As a result, the budget received 122 million KGS more than the total payments.
