04/16/2025, 10:01On 15 April 2025, as part of the opening of KyrgyzBuild 2025, the country's largest construction exhibition, an agreement was signed on the establishment of a Russian-Kyrgyz joint venture, Irbis-Kurulush. The new project will be part of the deepening economic co-operation between the two countries and is aimed at introducing modern technologies and expanding opportunities in the construction industry.
First Deputy Minister of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic Choro Seyitov attended the ceremony. He emphasised that international partnerships, including JVs, play a key role in the development of Kyrgyzstan's construction sector.
KyrgyzBuild 2025 takes place from 15-17 April in Bishkek and brings together leading players in the construction industry from various countries. A particular focus this year is on the participation of Kyrgyzstani building materials producers, demonstrating the potential of the local market and its export prospects.
