04/26/2025, 16:06Mayor of the capital Aibek Junushaliev instructed to increase the salaries of employees of municipal enterprises by 20%, emphasizing the importance of their work in ensuring cleanliness and improvement of the city.
The decision was made following an inspection of the enterprises “Bishkekzelenstroy” and “Tazalyk”, during which the mayor assessed the readiness of equipment and staff for spring work.
Increase in wages will affect the employees of “Bishkekzelenstroy”, “Tazalyk”, ‘Bishkeksvet’ and “Bishkek Agency of Ritual Services”. As noted by the head of the city, recalculation will be made taking into account the volume of work performed and the level of responsibility of employees.
“It is necessary not only to provide municipal enterprises with modern equipment, but also to create decent working conditions for employees, provide them with seasonal overalls in a timely manner and keep them motivated,” Junushaliev said.
The inspection also included a ceremony to hand over 32 units of new special equipment to the Tazalyk enterprise. A total of 168 units of modern equipment have been delivered to the city this year, which will be distributed to municipal territorial departments, including newly annexed districts.
