The Mayor’s Office of Cholpon-Ata has announced a tender for the construction of a martial arts sports hall for the A. Osmonov school, located in the PМК microdistrict of Cholpon-Ata. The planned contract amount is 16 million 150 thousand Kyrgyz soms, with a construction period of 120 days from the date of signing the contract.

Bids for participation in the tender will be accepted until April 22, 2025, at 09:32. Participants must provide documents confirming the absence of tax and insurance debt, as well as information about financial resources and the availability of necessary equipment to carry out the works.

The warranty period for the completed work is 24 months. In case of delay in the completion of works, a penalty of 0.1% of the contract amount will be imposed for each day of delay, with a maximum deduction of 5% of the total contract value.
