Last week, the Ministry of Finance paid 37 million 519.5 thousand soms of internal debt. The repayment was reflected on April 3.

In particular, the Ministry of Finance fully repaid its obligations on two-year securities. The amount was borrowed on March 31, 2023. Initially, it was planned to attract 300 million KGS to the budget at the auction. However, the demand turned out to be much lower. As a result, the Ministry of Finance fully satisfied the bids, placing bonds for 37.5 million KGS. Securities were placed at 15.25% per annum.

We would like to add that before that, on February 26, the Ministry of Finance repaid 375 million KGS borrowed for two years on February 24, 2023. The yield on them amounted to 15.18% per annum.

Thus, today the Ministry of Finance has no debts on this type of bonds.
