The Ministry of Finance of Kyrgyzstan held an auction on placement of 12-month state treasury bills on the floor of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange. The final volume of placement amounted to 187.5 million KGS, which exceeded the initially planned 150 million KGS by 25%.

The demand for securities exceeded the offer 2.9 times and reached 438.55 million KGS. The yield on the placement ranged from 10.8%-10.9%, and the weighted average rate amounted to 10.86%.

The yield of treasury bills decreased by 0.24 percentage points compared to the previous auction held on January 16, when it was 11.1%.
