The Ministry of Labour, Social Security and Migration organized online training under the World Bank's project «Social Assistance Programmes and Strengthening the Labour Market»

Employees of the Ministry's territorial offices and local self-governments participated. The training followed a six-month accompaniment by the Centre for the Development of Rural Municipalities and aimed at improving the understanding of the social contract programme.

The participants were provided with information on various aspects: animal husbandry, processing of agricultural products, business registration, choice of tax regimes, tax payment deadlines and reporting for 2024. The topics of targeted use of finances, promotion of goods and services in small business, co-operation and sectoral interaction, effective support of participants of the social contract were also touched upon.

Additionally, together with the Department of Processing Industry and Organic Agriculture under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, training activities were conducted on calculating the yield of fruit and berry crops. This is intended to orient applicants to profitable business areas when accepting applications for 2025.
