Today, 10 January, Minister of Health Alymkadyr Beishenaliyev visited the pharmaceutical plant «Aidan Pharma» CJSC, where the production of the first five names of medicines was launched.

The following drugs were launched on the production line: paracetamol (in the form of suspensions and tablets), ibuprofen (in suspensions), acetylsalicylic acid (in tablets), acyclovir (in tablets).

The production capacity of the plant allows producing up to 10 thousand packs of each of the drugs per day.

The Minister noted that the production of medical ethyl alcohol was launched at the end of last year. At the moment, the pharmaceutical plant has already started supplying ethyl alcohol to state hospitals, pharmacy network «El Aman».

«Today «Aidan Pharma» has started production of five names of medicines. This year it is planned to expand the range of products up to 100 items, and in the future to enter the export market. The plant's products meet quality standards and have low production costs in the market», — the minister said.

Drugs from Kyrgyzpharmacy will be supplied to healthcare organisations and will be available in the El Aman pharmacy network. The cost of drugs compared to other local manufacturers will be significantly lower.
