According to him, the funds were provided by the World Bank in the form of a grant under the Digital CASA project and do not need to be repaid.
The code was presented in early January. Since then, deputies have left numerous comments and remarks, and the document has been revised. The code itself is aimed at simplifying the lives of Kyrgyz citizens in terms of accessing digital services.
Amazat Zhamangulov said that it is already possible to register transport and real estate and make appointments at the Public Service Centre in advance via the Tunduk platform. Work is also underway to digitise the 083 certificate and the services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
