At a meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh today, 15 January, during the consideration of the issue «miscellaneous» deputies raised issues of socio-economic nature.

Deputy Daniyar Tolonov asked to complete the laying of asphalt road in the village Yntymak Kyzyl-Suu aiyl okmotu and allocate funds in the current year. In addition, the deputy noted that the population of Chaichy village, affected by the earthquake, was left without attention, the village needs to pay attention to the development of social infrastructure facilities, the construction of a kindergarten. In Karool aiyl okmotu of Uzgen district it is necessary to build an additional building to the secondary school.

MP Bakhridin Shabazov made a proposal to study the situation with the provision of school buses for students, stressing that in the city of Karakol, Issyk-Kul region, there is a high need for school transport. He asked to solve this issue.

MP Zhumabek Salimbekov proposed to repair internal roads connecting a number of villages in At-Bashy district, to allocate additional funds to the capital, taking into account the villages annexed to Bishkek city on the basis of administrative territorial reform.

MP Sultanbai Aizhigitov noted the importance of constructing the Tayan-Sai-Syrt road, more than 10 kilometres long, to bypass the Sokh enclave in Batken oblast, and asked to instruct the relevant state institutions to work in this direction.

«Local residents are planning to build the road by ashar method. There are no contributions from mining companies to the local budget. If these funds are received, the road will be completed», — the MP said.
