“Can I, taking advantage of the moment, immediately say on de-bureaucratization. We have done some work - we canceled certificates on the absence of debt in the registration of real estate. Previously, people had to go to the tax office, open an application, wait. Now everything can be done at the property registration office. If there is a debt - pay on the spot, and in 15 minutes the information will be in the database,” he explained.
Now similar measures are being worked out for cases of traveling abroad. It is planned to allow payment of debts online directly at the airport or at the border. In this case, if the amount does not exceed 50 thousand soms, the travel ban will not apply at all.
The procedure of liquidation of individual entrepreneurs and legal entities is also simplified. “We understand that there are unscrupulous subjects, but because of 5-10% of risky entrepreneurs should not suffer 100%. Now we are looking for a solution to simplify the closure of business for bona fide ones,” Isabekov said.
Separately, he noted the rejection of redundant reporting: “Recently canceled the obligation to submit a single tax return for certain categories of small and medium-sized businesses. The tax authorities already have access to the information of the Cadastre, UNA, banking system - we not only control, but also save entrepreneurs from unnecessary procedures”.
According to him, the integration of accounting systems, such as 1C and AirKeeper, with the database of the tax office will allow in the future to refuse both reporting and inspections.
The institute of taxpayer rating is also being introduced. It will provide an opportunity not only for tax preferences, but also for obtaining favorable loans, service passports, support from the state.
“In general, our goal is to make it convenient, profitable and interesting for the taxpayer. This is the real debureaucratization,” he concluded.
