The National Bank fined an illegal currency dealer and two exchange bureaus in Osh oblast

A citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (B.M.E.) was fined 17 thousand 500 KGS for conducting exchange operations with foreign currency cash without the appropriate licence in the city of Osh. This was reported in the National Bank.

In addition, two exchange bureaus in Nookat district of Osh oblast were fined 55 thousand KGS each for violating the requirements of the legislation and regulations of the National Bank.

The National Bank continues to monitor compliance with the rules of currency transactions, urging market participants to work within the law.
