Since the beginning of its activity, the construction company ‘Nurzaman’ has realised 14 construction projects - residential complexes and shopping malls, where thousands of families have started a new life. More than 5 thousand clients have already chosen Nurzaman for its quality and reliability.

To meet the growing expectations of the market, the company has entered into a partnership with an international organisation Engineering Services, which now provides independent quality control of construction at the Prime Park site.

According to the co-founder of IC ‘Nurzaman’ Kuduret Kaariev, until recently, quality control was conducted internally. However, given the ever-increasing market demands and the availability of an international ISO 9001 certificate, the company decided to raise standards by starting co-operation with international experts.

‘We started working with Engineering Services to further improve the quality of construction. The company has extensive experience in construction control and has worked with companies such as BIGroup, Bazis-A, NRG, OZON, as well as taking part in government and investment projects. And the first project where external control is applied was the Prime Park residential complex. This is important both for us and for our clients,’ said Kuduret Kaaryev.

Engineering Services is an international company with more than 10 years of experience in technical supervision and quality control in construction. It supervises 4.5 million square metres of construction every month and works with the largest developers in the region. The company is represented in Kyrgyzstan by Sergey Sychev, Director of the branch. Up to seven specialists are involved at every stage of construction - from foundations to landscaping.
