President Sadyr Zhaparov signed the Decree “On Amendments to the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic ‘On Approval of the State Housing Program of the Kyrgyz Republic ’Menin Uyum”.

The Decree makes changes and additions to the Order of selection of participants of the state housing program of the Kyrgyz Republic “Menin Uyum”, which will allow the implementation of the product “Savings Mortgage”, developed by the open joint-stock company “Eldik Bank” jointly with the open joint-stock company “State Mortgage Company”.

• The amount of mortgage loan under the directions of housing financing:
  “Social mortgage” up to 4 million kgz.
  “Preferential mortgage” up to 4 million kgz.
  “Affordable Mortgage” up to 5 million kgz.

Within the framework of the product “Accumulative Mortgage” - not more than 20% of the cost of purchased housing

The product “Accumulative Mortgage” (hereinafter - the product) is a complex mechanism for purchasing housing within the framework of the state housing program “Menin Uyum” using the scheme of shared construction.

Terms of grant:

• 30% of the preliminary value of the real estate is deposited in the bank for a period of 6 months; 
• and in the bank for 6 months;
• 20% of the cost of housing - bank loan at 10% per annum for 5 years;
  advantages - no collateral;
  the remaining 50% - a mortgage at 8% per annum for 15 years.

This product, implemented under the mechanism of “Shared Housing Construction” in the housing program “Menin Uyum”, provides participants with an opportunity to purchase housing on favorable terms, with minimal initial costs and government support, which makes it accessible to the general public.
