02/23/2025, 11:11Construction of a modern residential complex is planned in Kara-Balta. It is envisaged to erect 15-storey apartment buildings united in 60 blocks. This was reported in the SIC.
In total, the complex will have 4 thousand 420 apartments: one-room - 1 thousand 768, two-room - 1 thousand 768 and three-room - 884.
It is noted that, in addition to high-rise buildings, the project provides 80 commercial facilities, 2 schools for 750 places, 2 kindergartens for 280 places, as well as playgrounds and recreation areas.
It is also planned to build a parking lot for 2 thousand 64 places and a modern autonomous heat center, which will provide uninterrupted heat supply.
