According to him, the National Institute for Strategic Studies (NISI), which is now headed by Justice Minister Ayasbat Bayetov, is analyzing and preparing proposals to simplify procedures and remove barriers.
“We have already received proposals from a number of business associations and they have been submitted to the IISR. We urge entrepreneurs to also send their ideas if there are formal or interfering norms in the work,” Samakov noted.
He emphasized that all proposals will be studied and, if necessary, will form the basis for changes in legislation.
