The ruble showed negative dynamics last week. The Central Bank's exchange rate

During the week of April 22-26, the ruble weakened against major world currencies. The dollar rose from 80.76 to 82.65 rubles, and the euro rose from 93.67 to 94.36 rubles.

The most noticeable decline in the ruble occurred in the middle of the week amid a general deterioration in market sentiment.
In recent days, the dynamics have slowed: the dollar fell from local highs, and the euro also corrected downward.

Nevertheless, the ruble ended the week in negative territory, confirming the continuing pressure from external and internal factors. The situation on the currency market remains volatile.
