The Financial Market Regulation and Supervision Service has reminded about the amounts of the state duty for the issuance and re-issuance of licences, as well as the cost of licences for gambling operators.

According to the Government Decision No. 159 of 15 April 2019, the following amounts of state duty are established:

for individuals without formation of a legal entity - 5 times the estimated figure (500 KGS);

for legal entities - 10 times the estimated figure (1,000 KGS).

In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 459 of 12 August 2022, the licence fee for gambling operators is:

Casinos

In cities of republican significance - 840 thousand estimated indicators (84 million KGS);

In Osh, Chui and Jalal-Abad oblasts - 420 thousand estimated figures (42 million KGS);

In Batken, Naryn, Issyk-Kul and Talas oblasts - 252 thousand estimated figures (25.2 million KGS).

Bookmaker offices and totalisators

Throughout Kyrgyzstan - 105 thousand estimated figures (10.5 million KGS).

Online casinos

Administration - 12.6 thousand estimated figures (1.26 million KGS);

Operator activity - 84 thousand estimated figures (8.4 million KGS). 

The financial regulator emphasised that the established norms are binding.
