03/08/2025, 15:23In the first week of March, the dollar and euro exchange rates against the Russian ruble demonstrated growth, with the euro appreciating more significantly. The dollar reached its maximum value on March 6, and the euro - on March 8.
Since the beginning of March, the US dollar-ruble exchange rate has shown a slight increase. On March 1, the dollar was trading at the level of 88.2568 rubles, and on March 8 it reached 89.1362 rubles.
During the week, the rate rose to Rb89.7878 on March 6, but then declined. As a result, the dollar added Rb 0.88 (almost 1%) during the week, while the dynamics remained unstable, with periodic corrections.
Unlike the dollar, the euro showed a more rapid growth. On March 1, its rate was Rb 91.5655, but on March 8, it reached Rb 96.8609, having risen by 5.8%.
A particularly noticeable jump occurred from March 5 to March 6, when the rate rose from Rb93.9034 to Rb95.7035, and then continued to strengthen.
