The SCNS KR reported that the illegally privatised kindergarten in Chokmorov village, Alamudun district, Chui region, has been returned to state ownership. The social institution was transferred into private hands in 2008, despite the ban on alienation of social infrastructure objects.

The kindergarten with an adjacent territory of 0.89 ha was initially transferred to the balance of Chokmorov aiyl okmotu, but later ended up in private ownership and was not used for its intended purpose. In 2000, the liquidation procedure of the institution started, but later it continued to function as private property.

After the intervention of law enforcement agencies, on 28 February 2025, the owners of the kindergarten, having acknowledged the illegality of ownership, voluntarily transferred it to the balance of the aiyl okmotu of Chokmorov village.
