    GDP of Kyrgyzstan for January - February 2025 increased by 10.7%

    Gross Domestic Product in January-February 2025, according to preliminary estimates, totalled 205.5 billion KGS and increased by 10.7% compared to January-February 2024.

    The volume of industrial production in January - February 2025 was 104.7 billion KGS and compared to January - February 2024 increased by 14.7% due to the growth in the production of refined oil products.

    due to growth in the production of refined petroleum products (by 2.3 times), food products (including beverages) and tobacco products (by 1.6 times), pharmaceutical products (by 41.8%), rubber, plastic products and construction materials (by 24.6%), wood and paper products, polygraphic basic metal products (by 3.2%), as well as textile and clothing production by 1.7%.

    Positive trends were observed in construction, where the increase in volumes made 8.8% wholesale and retail trade - 17%, as well as in agriculture - 2.1%.
