Revenue of RKFM borrowers reached KGS 136.3 billion

In 2024, the Russian-Kyrgyz Development Fund (RKDF) continued to have a significant impact on the economy of the Kyrgyz Republic. As a result of the Fund's activities, businesses and entrepreneurs were able to significantly increase their turnover, helping to strengthen the tax base and expand the country's export potential.

According to the RKDF, the total revenue of borrowers over the past year increased by KGS 14.6 billion, reaching KGS 136.3 billion, which is almost 9% of Kyrgyzstan's GDP. The growth of corporate revenues was accompanied by an increase in tax revenues, which grew by 15.1% and reached KGS 8.6 billion. There was also an 18.1% increase in social contributions, which totalled KGS 2.7 billion, indicating an increase in employment. In 2024, enterprises financed by the fund created 2 thousand new jobs.

Among the priority areas of the RCFF remains support for exports. In 2024, borrowers' external shipments reached US$323.7 million, representing a 59.3% increase over the previous period. Exports to EAEU countries almost doubled, while supplies to third countries grew 1.5 times. Growth was also noted in the purchase of raw materials for industrial needs. The Fund's partners increased purchases from local producers by 15%, bringing total raw material purchases to $1.2 billion. In addition, borrowers invested $705.4 million in the purchase of modern equipment, which helped modernise production facilities and improve their competitiveness.

‘These achievements were made possible thanks to the support of President Sadyr Zhaparov and the Cabinet team. RKDF continues its work, and we will make every effort to ensure that by the end of 2025, fresh projects and initiatives will have a tangible effect, contributing to the country's transition to a new economic structure,’ emphasised Artem Novikov, Chairman of the Board of the Fund.
