The Bank of Russia has published the official ruble exchange rate for 17 December. According to the updated data, the ruble has strengthened.

The dollar rate fell by 0.5% to 102.9125 rubles. The euro rate also decreased by 0.28% to 108.7016.

In Kyrgyzstan, the ruble strengthened to 0.8422 KGS.
