During the discussion, MP Ilimbek Kubanychbekov raised the problem of treating children with congenital heart defects, while Sovetbek Rustambek uulu drew attention to the shortage of qualified personnel in the regions.
Aisuluu Mamashova suggested revising the principles of forming a personnel reserve, and Eldar Abakirov spoke in favour of shortening the tenure of heads of medical institutions. Mirlan Samyakozho warned against losing experienced managers in the course of reforms.
