Bishkek-Nan shareholders to consider the issue of the company's liquidation

Open Joint Stock Company ‘Bishkek-Nan’ reported about holding an extraordinary meeting of shareholders. This is reported on the website of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

The meeting will be held on 11 November. There are two important issues on the agenda. The first is the return of part of the company's land plot to the state, and the second concerns the sale of the company's property and the liquidation of ‘Bishkek-Nan’.

We will add that the company has been operating in Kyrgyzstan since 1996. In 2018, it underwent re-registration. According to the Ministry of Justice, the main activity of Bishkek-Nan is renting out its immovable property.
