GEC shareholders to consider opening a branch in Russia

The State Mortgage Company will hold an annual general meeting of shareholders. This is reported by the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.

Among the important issues put on the agenda, the item on opening a representative office of the State Mortgage Company in the Russian Federation attracts special attention. This strategic decision is aimed at expanding the company's presence in Russia, where hundreds of Kyrgyz citizens work.

In addition, the meeting will consider the report of the Management Board on financial and economic activities of the company for 2024, approval of the annual balance sheet and cost estimates, as well as the election of new members of the Board of Directors and the Auditor.

Also important will be the discussion of the cost estimates for 2025 and the distribution of profits for 2024.
