Revenues of the capital in 2024 amounted to 36.83 billion KGS, exceeding the planned expectations by 365.3 million KGS. Compared to the previous year, the city budget increased by 68.4%, or by 14.96 billion KGS.

The main share of revenues was formed by tax revenues, which amounted to 16.63 billion KGS - by 2.3% more than the planned level. Compared to 2023, tax revenues increased by 3.6 billion KGS (+27.5%). Non-tax revenues amounted to 8.23 billion KGS.

Since December 2023, “single windows” for prompt provision of information and interaction with entrepreneurs have been working in shopping centers and police stations throughout the city.

Annual expenditures of Bishkek reached 33.67 billion soms. Thus, the capital closed the year with a surplus of 3.16 billion KGS.
