Chairman of the State Tax Service Almambet Shykmamatov appealed to architects, planners and designers to comply with tax legislation. He noted that despite the high demand for these professions in the conditions of active construction in the country, a significant part of specialists evade taxes.

According to him, 60% of companies in this sector operate illegally, accepting payment in cash, through barter or personal accounts. A number of companies, including Myrza-Project, Turan Construction and Danprof-Stroy, do not report to the tax service at all, while others, such as Amanat Engineering and V Klimat, hide their real turnover.

Shykmamatov emphasized that tax evasion undermines the country's economic system and deprives the state of funds for the development of infrastructure, medicine and education. In this regard, the STS intensifies inspections and strengthens control over financial flows in the construction industry, including interaction with contractors.

At the same time, the tax service offers comfortable conditions for business. In particular, architects and designers can become residents of the Creative Industries Park, which provides for simplified reporting and reduced tax rates - 1% until 2027 and 2% after. Income tax is also reduced and employers are exempt from insurance premiums for 15 years.

“We all want to live in a civilized country, and taxes are everyone's contribution to its development. Come out of the “shadow”, work transparently, contact the tax service - together we will find a compromise solution”, - said Shykmamatov, reminding that sooner or later everyone will have to pay taxes.
